Equality Starts At Home

Changing systems and practices that perpetuate inequalities

Our Campaigns

The pandemic brought perhaps the biggest change to our working and home environments since the industrial revolution, seeing many inequalities in the home space perpetuated. We want to change systems & practices that perpetuate these inequalities.

ESAH exists to make equality at home a reality for all. But to do this we need to understand and engage with the full socio-political landscape that influences people’s practical ability to create more balance.

Through our partnerships and reach we will call on those in power to listen. We will amplify relevant asks that improve the policy framework for equality. For example, improving flexible working, shared parental leave and affordable childcare.

Our focus is on developing a strong network of partners to support a movement for change. We’ll also need your help to amplify our message. Find out more about partnering with ESAH.
